ASA Honors Program
Philadelphia, August 12-16, 2005

The American Sociological Association is seeking applications from exceptional undergraduate sociology majors who would like to be considered for admission into the ASA Honors Program - 2005.

Honors Program students participate actively in the annual meetings of the ASA, develop important networks with their peers across the nation, and have the opportunity to meet with prominent scholars in the discipline. Participation in the Honors Program provides a significant socialization experience early in the careers of the next generation of sociologists.

The sponsoring department also benefits from involvement in the Honors Program, as it provides valuable institutional and national exposure to a program and "showcases" its top students.
