Outstanding Graduate Student Paper Award Any work (published or unpublished) written in 2009 by someone who is a student at the time of submission. Authors may submit their own work, or nominations may be made by others. This award includes a $250 prize to reimburse part of the cost of attending the 2010 ASA Annual Meeting.
