Pre-registration for the Annual Meeting is closed. You must now register on-site at the Meeting.

Reminder: Access to all ASA services is restricted to meeting registrants.
Badges are required for entry to the ASA Exhibits, Employment Service, and Child Care Service. Attendance at events which require fee payment (e.g., Courses, Methodological Seminars, Chairs Conference, Director of Graduate Studies Conference, TEF Just Desserts, MFP Benefit, Tours) is restricted to those who have registered for the meeting.

Program Participants. Program participants should preregister as soon as possible and NO LATER THAN JUNE 25 in order to maintain their listings in the Final Program.

Confirmations. Registration confirmations will be mailed on a weekly basis until preregistration closes on July 19. Those who register online will receive an email confirmation.

Preregistration Pickup. Attendees who preregister by July 19 may pick up badges, program packets, and special tickets at the ASA Preregistration counters at the Hilton San Francisco. Please see registration service hours below.

On-site Registration. Those who miss the July 19 preregistration deadline should bring their registration form and payment with them to the On-site Registration area at the Hilton San Francisco.
