AttireBusiness casual dress is recommended. Because meeting room temperatures can vary, it is a good idea to dress in layers. Not sure of what you should pack? Visit the National Weather Service for information on weather forecasts during your trip. Meeting Room SpaceSeating in all convention sessions are first-come, first-served. Meeting room assignments are based on past session attendance and requests from session organizers. If a session is overcrowded, we regret the inconvenience and welcome your suggestions for future improvements. MediaMembers of the media must have press credentials. Your name badge serves as your ticket for admission to all convention functions and areas, including plenary and concurrent sessions, the Welcoming Party and the exhibit halls. For your safety, please remember to remove your badges when leaving the hotels to explore the city.
